The main objective is to encourage the development and the applications of the science of acoustics and acoustical techniques.
The society
tries to achieve its objectives by:
• encourages the science of acoustics and its application,
• organises scientific meetings four times a year,
• publishes lecture notes of the scientific meetings,
• publishes the NAG almanac every year, with general information about
the Society and,
